RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All products, excluding professional products, returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund of the product price less any applicable restocking fees. This excludes BL 15 and BL 50 products which can ONLY be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund of the product price less any applicable restocking fees or can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Products returned must be approved by a representative at BlissLights and must include a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Any products returned without a valid RMA# will be refused and returned to sender and BlissLights will not be responsible to any incurred shipping costs. For ALL products, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned regardless of date of purchase for refunds. To obtain a return or exchange request from a purchase made directly from the BlissLights website, please contact support@blisslights.com

Exchange Policy:

Select BlissLights products include a 1 year manufacturer warranty. To determine if your BlissLights product(s) are defective, please contact our support team at: support@blisslights.com.

BlissLights products that are returned and deemed defective that are under our manufacturer warranty, and are being exchanged for a replacement are subject to receive a free return shipping label along with their RMA#. Products that are returned for a refund do not qualify for free return shipping. Refunds are only available to purchases made directly from BlissLights and not from resellers.
